Bichon Bash 2002
Well, it
was time for the
annual Bichon picnic in
Columbus, Ohio.
Much of the
work was done by Cathy
Senalik and her family.

And Aunt
Shannon, Aunt Dawn (hiding
behind Tasha) and Shannon's sister Jill.

There was a
BIG turnout and lots
of white fluffs running around.

Everyone was given a proper
greeting.

Aunt
Shannon brought her new foster
Timmie, who is mostly Bichon, and was
so flea-infested when he was found
that he had to completely shaved. He is
now living the good life, mostly cradled
in Jill's arms.

Plus Timmie
got to ride in the backpack
Shannon won at the auction.

Timmie
wanted a ride after he
saw another backpack.

There was a
bit of begging
going on.

Dad always
gives in to Lily.

Sandy and
Paul were there will part
of their brood.

Here's the
whole group.

And the
rescued bichons.

Here are
three lucky rescues.

Some people
say that owners
resemble their dogs.

Lily liked
watching the events from
the safety of her wagon.

So I joined
her for a while.

Dad spent
some time with us while mom
took photos.

I made some
good friends that day.

Lily and I
had to have a really
long nap when we got home.
