My Lymphoma Update 2
November 30, 2003
I've
been in remission from my lymphoma for five months!
Now I have to have the needle chemotherapy once a month
and I have to take 3 different kinds of pills at home.
My hair
is finally growing back!

A nice
friend of ours named Laura Hertel made me a
beautiful blanket to keep me warm. Thank you, Laura!

For a
while, I lost my appetite, which distressed my Mom
and Dad a lot. They worked very hard to get me to eat
something. They were even trying to feed me filet mignon, whatever
that is. In the meantime, Miss Lily kept getting more and more food
too. One day Mom looked at Miss Lily and realized she had TURNED INTO
A BALLOON!

She was even eating leaves!

We went
on a trip to New York City so Mom could go to a meeting.
We had to work very hard on this trip.

When we
got home, Mom took us to a barn one night to watch
our friends Rebecca, Sumner, and Van ride their horses.

We had a great time.

We all had to wonder... what exactly was on Lily's chin?

Anyone who has ever been to a barn probably knows!
I was
so worn out from our night at the barn, I had to
take a really long nap!
